Requirements:
5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, production support, or full-stack engineering roles. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across application layers. Proficiency with one or more backend frameworks (Rails, Django, Node, etc.) and scripting (Python, Shell). Experience working with observability tools like Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar. Solid understanding of incident response, defect resolution, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with CI/CD systems and managing production deployments. Strong sense of ownership and urgency. Awareness of secure operations practices.
