Platform Engineer

Knowledge of provisioning, managing and scaling AWS infrastructure (including EKS, S3, IAM). Confident in developing robust CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitLab CI/CD), and optimising DevOps procedures and processes. Experience of troubleshooting containerised microservices (Docker, Kubernetes) and knowledge of how to configure and deploy them. Worked with API services and production systems, including knowledge of maintaining service uptime and automated scaling. Experience collaborating with ML or Data Science teams to productionise AI systems and models.

Design and build reliable, scalable, production-ready infrastructure for AI agents. Identify opportunities to optimise infrastructure costs. Optimise CI/CD pipelines for building and deploying microservices. Participate in a 24/7 support rotation. Debug issues across the stack, from cloud infrastructure to Kubernetes clusters. Document solutions for the team.
