Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience in B2B sales. Proven success in EOR, HR tech, or corporate services industries. Strong track record of individual and team quota attainment. Ability to both strategize and execute. Demonstrated success in leading complex enterprise sales. Deep understanding of U.S. market dynamics, client expectations, and commercial trends. Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed regional sales targets. Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with GoGlobal’s growth objectives. Oversee pipeline development, sales performance metrics, and forecasting. Personally drive key enterprise-level deals and support team members in complex sales cycles. Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Service Delivery teams. Collaborate closely with Partnerships and Sales Operations. Monitor market dynamics, competitive activity, and client feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and collaboration. Deliver regular reporting and insights on regional sales performance. Represent GoGlobal at client meetings, strategic events, and industry forums. Support hiring, onboarding, and development of top sales talent. Partner with leadership on territory planning, compensation modeling, and strategic account mapping.
