Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering or equivalent experience. 7+ years of experience in network engineering/operations. 3+ years in a management/supervisory role overseeing remote/distributed teams. Demonstrated experience in managing global network operations for SaaS or large-scale enterprise services across multiple geographic regions. Strong knowledge of network protocols/technologies: TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, WAN/LAN, transit/peering, QoS, routing/switching. Experience with monitoring platforms, NOC workflows, incident/change management frameworks. Vendor management experience: managing ISPs, service providers, SLAs, contracts. Strong operational mindset: process definition, documentation, dashboards, metrics. Experience driving ITIL (change/incident/problem) and SDLC best practices.
