Engineering Manager

Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scale Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and distributed systems Experience with AWS services, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration platforms Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streams Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
