At least 3 years of experience as HR Manager, HR Generalist, in IT companies At least 3 years of experience in closing positions for it companies, both technical and non-technical 1 year of experience as HR Specialist, with understanding how to develop and implement key HR processes: onboarding, probation review, one-on-one meetings, performance review, salary review, retention, offboarding Strong organizational and time-management skills Analytical thinking and business-oriented mindset Intermediate+ level of English
