Requirements:
6+ years of experience as a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer. Proven experience in Full Stack Development. Experience in diverse project environments, preferably in startups. Ideally experience in a B2B SaaS company. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams. Prior experience managing developers is preferred. Excellent communication skills. Collaborative mindset. Ability to resolve conflicts constructively. Commitment to high standards, including clean code and thorough testing. Willing to relocate to Germany or work remotely within GMT-0 to GMT+3.
