2-3 years of experience in administration, preferably HR-related. Experience with team leadership, training, and task assignments. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Solid data entry experience with a minimum of 50wpm typing. PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications. Must be very detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about helping others. Self-motivated with the ability to establish and maintain solid relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Must be technical and analytical, with the ability to manage complex projects. Organized, administratively strong, with great time management and communication skills. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
