Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Direct HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Foster a positive organizational culture through performance management and development initiatives. Oversee IT infrastructure, systems security, and technology strategy to support business operations. Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable and secure systems. Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency across Finance, HR, and IT. Monitor KPIs such as budget adherence, employee retention, and system uptime. Support cross-departmental collaboration to align resources with strategic priorities.
