Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in Finance and Administration roles. Strong knowledge of HR practices and IT systems management. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the COO and senior leadership to develop and implement financial and operational strategies. Provide insights and recommendations on budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational performance metrics. Maintain strong communication with executive leadership on critical financial and administrative issues. Oversee all financial planning, reporting, and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls. Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions. Direct HR strategy, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies. Foster a positive organizational culture through performance management and development initiatives. Oversee IT infrastructure, systems security, and technology strategy to support business operations. Collaborate with technology vendors and internal teams to ensure reliable and secure systems. Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency across Finance, HR, and IT. Monitor KPIs such as budget adherence, employee retention, and system uptime. Support cross-departmental collaboration to align resources with strategic priorities.
