Requirements:
At least five (5) years of professional experience in providing PAC related services. At least five (5) years of professional experience leading projects where you engaged internal and external stakeholders. Background or expertise in at least one of the following areas: Political Action Committees, Public Affairs, Grassroots Advocacy, Stakeholder Mapping/Management, Legislative Tracking, or Data Insights. Process-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Proven track record of adhering to project milestones and internal metrics. Ability to establish rapport and build relationships with ease.
Responsibilities:
File FEC and State PAC Compliance reports for customers. Manage transaction and candidate committee records. Perform bank reconciliations. Upload positive pay files and read PAC bank account statements. Print and deliver checks. Assist Sales Representatives with PAC Service Statements of Work (SOW). Discuss PAC Compliance services with prospects. Attend Sales meetings in discovery.
