Clinical Pharmacist

Bachelor's or Pharm-D degree. Active, unrestricted pharmacy license. Knowledge of Medicare Part D regulations (formulary management, Star Ratings). 2+ years of experience in managed care, retail, or mail-order pharmacy (geriatric/long-term care is a plus). 3+ years in pharmacy, managed care, or PBM settings. Strong clinical judgment, documentation skills, and customer-focused mindset. Results-driven approach and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a remote setting. Proficient with PC applications. Excellent communication skills.

Provide clinical support for medication management and health outcomes. Document clinical interventions and patient interactions. Identify cost-effective medication treatment plans. Support PBM oversight and ensure CMS regulatory compliance. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate on process improvements for member experience and adherence. Assist with projects improving Medicare quality metrics. Analyze Part D data and report findings. Administer Drug Formulary and support the Medication Therapy Management Program. Act as a pharmacy/Part D subject matter expert. Resource for pharmacy program specialists. Collaborate with leadership on resource allocation. Continuously seek process improvements.
