Requirements:

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree
Active pharmacist license in good standing in Illinois and at least one additional U.S. state
Must reside and be authorized to work in a U.S. state
Completion of an accredited residency program (PGY-1 or PGY-2)
2+ years experience working directly with patients and healthcare providers
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make sound judgments
Strong verbal, listening and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with databases and reporting tools
In-depth knowledge of drug administration and disease state management
Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality, direct patient care
Comfortable working in a remote environment and willing to travel as needed
