Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication for the Success team Partner with Success Managers to organize onboarding, campaign launches, and recurring deliverables Coordinate handoffs between Creative, Media, and Success teams Monitor project milestones and task completion across departments Keep communication, updates, and follow-ups documented in Airtable or Asana Prepare project summaries and updates for leadership review Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve cross-department efficiency Assist in implementing new initiatives and ensuring consistent execution Maintain organized project templates and standardized systems for the Success department
