Lead on sensitive personnel matters with discretion and fairness. Partner with leadership on org design, succession, and leadership effectiveness. Improve HRIS/workforce tools and standardize core processes for global operations. Ensure values are felt and lived across the organization and foster inclusive practices. Ship leadership dashboards for people analytics to inform decisions. Keep the People team small, senior, and high-output, setting SLAs and removing friction.
