Requirements:
7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer. Expert-level experience designing for mobile platforms (iOS and Android). Proven experience driving design for complex B2B/Enterprise SaaS products. Deep mastery of modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma. Demonstrated ability to think strategically and operate autonomously. Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Direct experience contributing to or defining a multi-platform Design System. Experience designing user interfaces and workflows for AI/ML-driven features. Experience in the Financial Services, Investment Management, or Real Estate industries.
Responsibilities:
Mentor designers and set strategic design direction. Define long-term design standards and architecture for the mobile application. Contribute to CRM product vision, strategy, and own projects end-to-end. Govern and contribute to new mobile patterns in the design system. Produce high-quality design work from sketches to UI specifications. Design and lead research initiatives to uncover user needs. Deliver simple, mission-critical mobile solutions for complex problems.
