Senior Procurement Manager

8-10+ years of progressive procurement experience, with a proven track record of building a procurement function. Hands-on experience negotiating complex, high-value contracts with major enterprise software vendors and implementation partners. Demonstrated experience managing a wide range of indirect procurement categories. Direct experience in the Saudi Arabia market is essential. Strong understanding of SAMA regulations and their application to third-party risk management. Hands-on experience implementing or managing procure-to-pay (P2P) systems and establishing scalable procurement policies.

Design, build, and implement the entire procurement framework, including P2P processes, vendor onboarding, and purchasing policies. Lead end-to-end sourcing, RFI/RFP, and commercial/contract negotiations for enterprise software, cloud services, and technology partners. Manage sourcing strategy for indirect spend across various categories and consolidate spend for cost savings. Own contract lifecycle management and develop vendor relationship frameworks. Embed risk and compliance into procurement processes, ensuring adherence to SAMA regulations and cybersecurity standards.
