Requirements:
Experienced in customer support, providing developer support to technical customers. Excellent communication skills and fluency in English. Familiar with TypeScript and frameworks like React, Remix. Experience with Node.js. Skilled using relational databases, ideally Postgres. Experienced working with GitHub Issues and Discussions.
Responsibilities:
Provide timely responses to support cases (bugs, billing, optimizations, implementation questions). Triage support cases, directing users to answers, examples, docs, or escalating. Monitor feedback channels (Discord, GitHub Issues & Discussions, public roadmap). Fix and improve product and docs based on customer feedback. Identify opportunities for internal tooling to improve support efficiency. Reproduce issues and create test cases to improve test coverage.
