6-8 years of experience in consumer insights, connections strategy, or related field in an Advertising/Media agency environment Deep expertise in using audience and competitive intelligence tools like GWI, MRI-Simmons, Resonate, Kantar/Media Radar, Pathmatics, EDO, and Similarweb Proven success partnering with integrated media teams to develop and execute strategies across both traditional and digital channels Ability to cultivate and grow client partnerships Background supporting new business pitches and collaborating closely with media strategy Experience presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership Deep understanding of the media landscape, including digital, social, programmatic, and traditional channels Strong analytical skills Experience developing consumer journey frameworks and campaign platforms Working knowledge with AI tools and ability to design creative prompts Strategic mindset with a consumer-centric approach Strong communication and presentation skills Understanding of media planning, research, and measurement methodologies
