ABA Director of Billing

ABA billing experience is required Three to five years of Experience with CentralReach Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years of medical billing/revenue cycle management, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of ABA billing, coding, and payer requirements Proficiency with CentralReach, EHR systems, and Microsoft Office Suite

Lead and manage the billing department, including training and supervision of billing staff Oversee the full revenue cycle process including claim submission, payment posting, denial management, and collections Monitor billing metrics, generate reports, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership Ensure compliance with payer regulations, Medicaid/Medicare rules, and state/federal requirements Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing discrepancies Develop, implement, and refine billing policies and procedures to improve efficiency and cash flow
