We offer a full-stack solution, supporting providers from launching their practice in as little as 30 days to managing daily operations. Our tools include a custom EHR, billing services, and clinical support, reducing administrative burdens so you can focus on delivering high-quality therapy. Over 45 open practices serve more than 1,000 learners in over 35 states, having delivered over 350,000 hours of therapy. Finni Health has raised $4.7 million in funding from investors like General Catalyst and Y Combinator, fueling our rapid growth and impact.
How We Work
You will join a team that leads with empathy, valuing both providers and the families they serve. We champion a family-first culture, ensuring providers feel respected and supported. Our remote-first philosophy allows you to work from anywhere, directly impacting the Michigan community or broader US. We emphasize balanced caseloads to prevent burnout, prioritizing quality over quantity in clinical work. Collaboration happens remotely, with teams working together to ensure a "whole-child" approach to care. You are encouraged to contribute to process improvements, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Engineering at Finni Health
Finni Health builds robust, custom solutions to support ABA practices and providers. Our technology stack includes Next.js, Cloudflare, Amazon, and Google Identity Platform, enabling scalable and secure applications. We develop practice management software and data collection tools, including our "Atlas" scheduling software for behavior technicians and the "Orbit" platform for ABA data collection. You will work on solving complex problems, from streamlining credentialing processes to enhancing remote caregiver coaching. We are also exploring AI applications to further innovate our scheduling tools and data collection systems, shaping the future of autism care.
