Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of operational leadership experience in behavioral health, ABA, or healthcare administration. Proven experience overseeing multi-state operations or multi-site organizations. Strong knowledge of Medicaid, insurance billing, and compliance frameworks related to ABA or behavioral health services. Demonstrated success in organizational scaling, system implementation, and performance management. Exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to manage teams remotely and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Responsibilities:
Partner with COO to implement operational strategies. Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring compliance. Develop and monitor KPIs across clinical, administrative, and financial operations. Provide direct supervision to regional directors, clinical operations leads, and administrative managers. Collaborate with COO and CFO to oversee budgets, forecast growth, and track profitability. Evaluate and implement operational systems and technologies. Maintain full compliance with Medicaid, insurance, and behavioral health regulatory requirements. Assist with opening new service areas, licensing, and payer contracting.
