- Partner with the COO to implement operational strategies that align with the company’s mission, growth objectives, and compliance standards
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple states, ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, payer requirements, and ABA-specific compliance mandates
- Develop and monitor KPIs across clinical, administrative, and financial operations
- Drive accountability through data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvement
- Provide direct supervision to regional directors, clinical operations leads, and administrative managers
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and professional development
- Collaborate with the COO and CFO to oversee budgets, forecast growth, and track profitability
- Ensure efficient resource allocation and identify opportunities for operational optimization
- Evaluate and implement operational systems and technologies that enhance scheduling, billing, payroll, EVV, and reporting efficiencies across states
- Maintain full compliance with Medicaid, insurance, and behavioral health regulatory requirements, ensuring documentation, credentialing, and audit readiness
- Assist with opening new service areas, licensing, and payer contracting
