Set multi-year product engineering strategy and roadmap Lead and scale high-performing teams Make RiskOS-native integration the default Advance ML systems excellence Codify an Identity Graph-first architecture Own the operating system of product engineering Partner with Product, Design, Security, Sales, and Customer Success Institutionalize best-in-class incident response Build and govern the integration/partner ecosystem
