Responsibilities:
Partner cross-functionally to plan and execute campaigns from concept through deployment. Execute campaigns across channels: email, push, in-app placements, and beyond. Lead lifecycle communications strategy to guide users from onboarding through long-term engagement. Shape go-to-market strategies and messaging for new and existing product features. Partner with Product and Engineering to design experiments for beta features. Use data and experimentation to optimize communication flows, reporting performance and recommendations.
