Responsibilities:
Review and triage tax notices in the queue Call federal, state, and local agencies to verify information and clarify required actions Document findings clearly for the Tax Resolution team Provide concise updates to internal teams Communicate root cause and resolution for notices to partners via email Escalate complex or time-sensitive issues as needed
