Requirements:
7+ years of enterprise sales experience within the U.S. Federal market (DoD, IC, or Civilian) Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex software or cloud deals Proficiency in Federal acquisition and procurement processes (IDIQs, GWACs, OTAs, partner-led vehicles) Strong consultative sales skills Experience selling to senior executives (CIOs, CTOs, Program Managers) Excellent communication and negotiation skills Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Knowledge of open source, API, infrastructure, or cybersecurity technologies is highly advantageous Self-starter with a Federal growth mindset
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a Federal go-to-market strategy Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close Engage with ecosystem partners (SIs, resellers, contract vehicles) Build strong executive and program-level relationships Collaborate with Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Legal Develop strategic account plans and capture strategies Maintain disciplined pipeline development and forecasting in Salesforce Track Federal IT initiatives and align value proposition Act as a brand ambassador at industry and government events
