Requirements:
Experience selling to the C-Suite and integrating AI into work processes. 5+ years of sales experience within a software or solutions sales organization. Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams at executive and cabinet level within the US Federal Government. Understanding of agency mission and prior experience selling to an agency's mission is highly preferred. Willingness to travel up to 60%.
Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with Program Directors within Government Agencies and Offices, and partners. Manage overall client relationship, orchestrating account strategy across virtual teams. Drive Moveworks products to agency clients for mission success. Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding agency missions and advising on AI integration. Produce new business, negotiate deals, and maintain Program Director relationships. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Promote a customer success focus.
