Lead, mentor, and scale a team of events and field marketing managers. Oversee the team’s execution of industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events. Partner with the Field Sales Director to design and launch a regional field marketing program. Develop and execute localized marketing activations. Own the Boulevard Collective events. Hire, onboard, and manage field marketing managers. Establish KPIs, reporting, and dashboards to measure field marketing program success. Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Marketing Operations, and Sales. Work with industry partners to identify regional event opportunities. Collaborate with the Brand team and swag vendors to create unique branded gifts. Manage budget, resources, and vendors.
