Partner with senior leadership across Europe and global teams to design and execute a workforce strategy. Serve as a strategic advisor and coach to leaders on talent planning, leadership development, performance management, and organizational design. Lead initiatives in employee engagement, talent assessment, succession planning, and cultural alignment across multiple countries. Collaborate closely with the US based HR team to align local HR programs with global frameworks. Analyze key people metrics and provide insights on workforce trends, organizational health, and retention. Act as an advocate for a high-performance, inclusive culture. Partner with the Head of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness on initiatives related to leadership enablement, manager capability, and change readiness. Build strong, trust-based relationships with employees and leaders.
