Requirements:
Professionalism in all situations. Effectively work with a diverse group of individuals. Understand when to escalate issues. Proficient in research and basic medical terminology. Understand the clinical development paradigm. Excellent working knowledge of government regulations, GCP, and ALCOA-C. Strong organization and time management skills. High attention to detail. Effective communication over phone. Excellent customer service skills. Warm, personable approach in communication. Ability to communicate clinical research basics for patient education. Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision. Proper home office setup with high-speed internet. At least 6 months of relevant clinical research experience. Experience working on high volume screening studies. Experience with patient education and retention.
Responsibilities:
Manage participant retention to deliver high-quality customer experience. Build rapport with participants to retain and engage them for future studies. Educate participants on clinical research using provided materials. Tailor participant engagement based on their needs. Connect participants with study sites for potential qualification. Organize and share lab and test results with internal staff. Escalate health-related results to physicians as needed. Manage and update participant activity in a tech system. Work effectively with colleagues, physicians, and sites. Provide input on educational material development. Identify new participant retention and engagement methods. Schedule, prepare for, and facilitate participant calls. Analyze study protocols to match potential participants.
