3–5+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth tech environments, ideally supporting engineering or infrastructure teams. Demonstrated success identifying and engaging technical talent. Deep familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Ashby, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.). Strong communication and storytelling ability. Comfortable managing multiple priorities and searches in a dynamic, startup setting. Analytical mindset with dynamic grasp of data, metrics, and continuous improvement. Collaborative, empathetic partner who works seamlessly with recruiters and hiring managers. Experience supporting AI, cloud infrastructure, or developer tools companies (Nice-to-Have). Familiarity with Render’s stack (Go, Node, React, Kubernetes, Postgres) or similar technologies (Nice-to-Have).
