Hands-on experience with CRM implementation, administration, and integration. Strong data analysis and modeling skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Skilled in project management from ideation to execution. Able to map processes, understand dependencies, and recommend improvements. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. Typically 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in Revenue Operations or similar role.
