Requirements:
Managed a modern GTM tech stack including CRM (Attio, Salesforce), GTM tools (Outreach, Gong, ZoomInfo), and others (Notion, Linear). Hands-on experience with CRM implementation, administration, and integration. Strong data analysis and modeling skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Skilled in project management from ideation to execution. Able to map processes, understand dependencies, and recommend improvements. Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. BA/BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience. Typically 4+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in Revenue Operations or similar role.
Responsibilities:
Oversee Revenue Operations: Manage GTM data strategy, systems, processes, reporting, and analysis. Own GTM Systems & Infrastructure: Lead strategic planning and hands-on execution for CRM and other GTM tools. Build Reports & Dashboards: Develop clear, actionable reporting for performance assessment. Lead Key Operations Initiatives: Drive cross-functional projects like KPI design, pricing, and territory distribution. Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain high data quality standards through SOPs and training. Drive Efficiency & Automation: Streamline workflows and conduct analyses for improvement.
