Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a BDR or AE in MarTech/AdTech selling to agencies and publishers using a predominantly outbound demand generation motion. Fluent in multi-threaded, multi-channel outbound communication. Excellent concise copywriting skills. Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools (Hubspot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, data providers (e.g., ZoomInfo), and scheduling tools. High ownership, reliable cadence, disciplined documentation, and proactive communication.
Responsibilities:
Define and refine ICPs for performance marketing agencies and digital content creators/publishers. Build tiered target lists with decision-makers. Execute daily multi-channel prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS). Craft and test outreach sequences, call talk tracks, and value propositions. Conduct discovery to confirm lead fit. Book, confirm, and pre-brief AEs for meetings. Maintain CRM hygiene. Report weekly on funnel metrics and insights. Collaborate with Marketing on outreach materials.
