Smoke Ventilation Service Engineer

Understanding or experience of electrical control systems Experience of software based controls systems, and an ability to write and update system software (or willing to work towards achieving this) Understanding of electrical circuits within control panels Problem solve, think outside of the box and provide thorough solutions Site experience, ideally holding a CSCS Card Methodical and practical attitude with good attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 18th Edition Electrical qualification or other recognised electrical qualification (Beneficial) Experience working at height (Beneficial)

Service smoke ventilation projects on site Commission smoke ventilation projects on site Ensure compliance with BS9999 and building regulations Physically check, maintain, and diagnose mechanical & electrical components Undertake remedial work when required
