Fire & Security Service Engineer

Hold relevant industry qualifications Proven experience in maintaining and servicing fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems Good knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations Proficient in fault finding and problem-solving Possess a full, clean UK driving license Flexible and able to work on-call or overtime as required Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive relationships with clients

Maintain and service fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems in line with current standards and customer requirements. Respond to service calls on all types of Fire and Security systems. Plan and respond to routine and re-active call visits in your area. Maintain effective communication with customers when planning site visits. Maintain stock levels with support from the team leader. Attend training sessions and engineering team meetings as required. Identify personal training and development needs to provide the best possible customer service.
