Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance work (PPM) on fire and security systems within an assigned area Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent customer service Communicate all works to be undertaken and detail any defects requiring remedial action Maintain Fire & Security Systems in the designated area Identify defects and deficiencies in installed systems and recommend remedial actions Maintain effective communication with customers and scheduler when planning site visits Maintain stock levels with support from the Stores team Conduct timely vehicle stock takes Attend training sessions as part of the Marlowe Academy Attend Engineering team meetings with lead engineer and Regional Service Manager Represent the business in a professional and presentable manner at all times
