Responsibilities:
Complete PPM, reactive & modernization/upgrade calls Provide customer & colleague technical support Complete door safety checks & investigate incidents Provide on site customer support Adhere to company processes & procedures Deliver customer service & maintain QHSE compliance Manage tablet/paperwork, stock, vehicle, uniform & PPE Comply with customer specific on site processes Complete mandatory box tests after all calls OOH rota duty
