Finance Manager

Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline. 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internship or entry-level experience acceptable). Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations. Experience working with 1C accounting software. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Intermediate and higher levels of English. Knowledge of Slovak is an advantage. Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with remote teams.

Calculate and accrue salaries, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Oversee salary payouts, ensuring timely and correct execution. Record salary accruals and payments in 1C accounting system. Record and reconcile bank statements in 1C. Allocate office expenses across projects. Reconcile intercompany balances within the group. Reconcile financial transactions and closing balances. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in preparing financial analyses. Support the finance team with other assigned tasks.
