Own revenue, conversion rate, and profitability for the Amazon channel. Create and execute Amazon strategy to achieve growth targets. Plan and execute promotions (Lightning Deals, Prime events). Create optimized titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and Brand Storefront. Coordinate with creative team on image stacks for listings. Oversee PPC strategy and collaborate with existing PPC agency. Monitor account health and manage catalog issues. Coordinate with operations team on inventory planning, forecasting, customer service, and marketing. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and actionable insights. Act as the internal Amazon expert across the company. Oversee the Amazon team and manage project execution.
