Deep, hands-on, expert knowledge of PostgreSQL and its tools Proficiency with the wider PostgreSQL ecosystem (pgvector, repmgr, barman, etc.) Experience with performance tuning (server configuration, query optimization) Familiarity with backup solutions (pg base backup, pgBackRest, WAL-G) Experience with high availability solutions (replication, routers, proxies) Demonstrable experience administering Linux systems Experience with containerization and Kubernetes for PostgreSQL

Assist customer DBA teams with high complexity database issues Gather data and provide detailed analysis of findings Perform screen-sharing sessions to resolve production-impacting issues Author blog posts for the open-source community Answer questions on the company forum Create articles for the customer-facing knowledge base
