Previous experience in recruiting, lead sourcing, or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting in U.S. healthcare is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven. Strong phone presence and the ability to connect with potential candidates. Friendly, pleasant, and persuasive — able to “sell” the opportunity effectively. Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups. Proficient in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and Outlook. Comfortable managing leads and candidate information in a CRM or ATS. A fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download) and the ability to support a wired Ethernet connection is mandatory. A reliable power backup solution is required.
