Requirements:
Previous experience in recruiting, lead sourcing, or talent acquisition. Experience recruiting in U.S. healthcare is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written English communication. Highly motivated, proactive, and self-driven. Strong phone presence and ability to connect with potential candidates. Friendly, pleasant, and persuasive. Persistent and disciplined with follow-ups. Proficient in basic computer navigation, MS Office, and Outlook. Comfortable managing leads and candidate information in a CRM or ATS. Fixed fibre line with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps (upload & download). Ability to support a wired Ethernet connection. Reliable power backup solution.
Responsibilities:
Actively source and generate new candidate leads through calls, emails, and online channels. Engage with potential candidates to sell the opportunity and build excitement. Follow up consistently with leads to ensure high conversion and successful placements. Communicate professionally with field staff and candidates. Maintain accurate records of lead activity and candidate progress. Collaborate with recruitment and operations teams to understand hiring needs.
