Senior UX Product Designer

Strong portfolio showcasing UX expertise across web and mobile 5 - 7+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer Solid understanding of user-centered design principles Experience working on B2B SaaS, platform products, or data visualization-heavy experiences Active collaborator with developers, with working knowledge of front-end development principles Mastery of design systems, usability testing, accessibility principles, and user research methodologies Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design-related field (or equivalent practical experience) Experience partnering with augmented/outsourced design teams Prior work with IoT platforms, industrial UX, or asset management tools is a strong plus Startup experience is a plus

Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to execution Craft intuitive and accessible design solutions Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go-to-market teams, and customers Engage in agile ceremonies to rapidly design and iterate solutions Rapidly sketch, mockup, and create high-fidelity prototypes Champion design process and maintain design systems Stay current with industry trends and integrate them into design approach Mentor and guide junior designers
