Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in product design, UX/UI, human-centered design, or a related field. Experience in Agile or software delivery environments preferred. Proficiency in UX/UI design principles, visual design, interaction design, and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite). Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, functional, and visually compelling designs. Able to identify user pain points, propose innovative solutions, and iterate based on feedback. Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders. Able to present design rationale clearly and persuasively. Comfortable managing multiple projects, iterations, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Experience participating in or facilitating Agile rituals is a plus. Familiarity with front-end frameworks or design handoff to engineering teams is a plus. Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities:
Designs user experiences for well-defined projects with guidance. Participates in sprints, creates wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes. Collaborates with the team to follow best practices. Owns design deliverables for complex projects with minimal oversight. Develops UI/UX solutions. Conducts user research. Iterates based on feedback. Mentors junior designers. Delivers “case-study worthy” experiences. Elicits and communicates business value, anticipates risks, improves team processes, and coaches other designers. Leads design engagements end-to-end. Facilitates workshops, resolves complex design challenges, ensures quality deliverables, and drives innovation across projects. Oversees multiple design engagements. Ensures consistent quality, guides teams, identifies training opportunities, and supports portfolio-level design delivery.
