Solutions Consultant - East

A minimum of 4-5 years relevant work experience or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education Willing to travel periodically (up to 40%) Strong communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Hands-on working experience in the configuration, customization, and implementation of SaaS applications Business process optimization experience Experience with Agile project management methodologies and/or software development lifecycle methodologies Management or Technology Consulting experience

Lead multiple concurrent engagements to implement Smartsheet Lead discovery sessions to understand client requirements Build Smartsheet solutions via prototyping and iterative build sprints Manage all aspects of projects (timeline, deliverables, scope, budget, client relations) Serve as an advisor on Smartsheet platform best practices Collaborate with other consulting team members Review and validate solution designs Identify product and services expansion opportunities Provide post-engagement feedback Maintain target billable utilization
