Salesforce Developer (US East Coast)

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, etc.). Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, and custom application development. Strong understanding of Salesforce integrations with third-party systems (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, etc.). Experience leading technical teams or projects and providing mentorship to peers. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes (change sets, Salesforce CLI, etc.). Proficiency in Agile development methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Lead the technical design and development of custom Salesforce applications, integrations, and solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to Salesforce developers. Oversee the development of Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integration with external systems. Take ownership of end-to-end solution design, from conceptualization to deployment. Implement and manage Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems. Develop customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools. Continuously optimize and enhance the Salesforce environment. Maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions. Contribute to knowledge-sharing efforts within the team. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the iterative development process. Collaborate with product owners and scrum masters. Work efficiently within a fast-paced, Agile environment. Identify and resolve complex technical issues. Perform root cause analysis of system issues. Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends.
