Requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Helm, operators, manifests, troubleshooting pods, services, ingress, etc.)
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also valuable)
- Deep understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and certificates
- Comfort with Linux, Docker, Git, and modern DevOps workflows
- Familiarity with monitoring & observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.)
- Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions
- Strong debugging and process-of-elimination troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities:
- Design and customize Poolside deployments across Kubernetes and Terraform-based environments.
- Diagnose complex infrastructure and networking issues.
- Build automation workflows using Ansible, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD.
- Collaborate with customer DevOps and security teams.
- Contribute to Poolside’s core deployment framework.
- Maintain clear runbooks, deployment guides, and internal documentation.
