Solutions Architect (US, East Coast)

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Helm, operators, manifests, troubleshooting pods, services, ingress, etc.) Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (AWS preferred; Azure or GCP also valuable) Deep understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and certificates Comfort with Linux, Docker, Git, and modern DevOps workflows Familiarity with monitoring & observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, etc.) Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions Strong debugging and process-of-elimination troubleshooting skills Excellent written and verbal communication

Design and customize Poolside deployments across Kubernetes and Terraform-based environments. Diagnose complex infrastructure and networking issues. Build automation workflows using Ansible, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD. Collaborate with customer DevOps and security teams. Contribute to Poolside’s core deployment framework. Maintain clear runbooks, deployment guides, and internal documentation.
