Solutions Architect (US, West Coast)

Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (Helm, operators, manifests, troubleshooting). Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (AWS preferred). Deep understanding of networking, load balancing, DNS, and certificates. Comfort with Linux, Docker, Git, and modern DevOps workflows. Familiarity with monitoring & observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog). Experience with automation tools (Ansible, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions). Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.

Design and customize Poolside deployments across Kubernetes and Terraform-based environments. Diagnose complex infrastructure and networking issues. Build automation workflows using Ansible, GitHub Actions, or ArgoCD. Collaborate with customer DevOps and security teams. Contribute to Poolside’s core deployment framework. Maintain clear runbooks and documentation.
