Strategic Finance Manager

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other business-related focus. 5-7+ years of experience in a high growth SaaS based, ConsumerTech or Fintech environment in business finance. Strong financial/strategic analysis and modeling skill sets. Background in FP&A, Business Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or Capital Markets. Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills. Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable statements. Comfort working with metrics, building new KPIs, and navigating large data sets. Ability to navigate ambiguous workstreams and build processes from scratch. Knowledge of financial markets. Strong passion in cryptocurrency.

Develop and maintain business partner relationships with Onchain product teams. Leverage analytic frameworks to drive business roadmap and investment decisions. Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning for product lines. Analyze operating and financial results, updating forecasts and providing recommendations. Develop perspectives on business strategy and performance relative to competitors. Partner with Corporate Development on M&A, including financial modeling and due diligence. Lead financial analysis and valuation of new product opportunities.
