Client Project Manager

Minimum 2 years in project management, project controls, or construction management (or similar in Construction Technology). Confident communicator, especially verbally, proactive and unafraid to pick up the phone. Excellent relationship-building skills and high motivation to delight customers. Very strong organizational skills.

Ensure delivery of value to customers that drives renewals and expansion. Deeply understand customer needs and ensure expectations are outperformed. Determine areas to expand and improve offerings to the customer. Coordinate within account teams for optimum delivery. Build strategy and engagement plans for strategic customers. Ensure a seamless journey from customer onboarding to ongoing support. Empower customers to self-serve using nPlan. Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the client organization.
