At least 2 years in project management, project controls, or construction management, or 3+ years in construction technology or a related field Solid understanding of planning and scheduling concepts Strong communication skills and confidence engaging stakeholders at different levels of an organisation Experience supporting or leading process change initiatives, particularly where technology played a role Customer-first mindset, with strong relationship-building skills and a focus on long-term partnerships Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements effectively
