Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Telemarketer, or in a similar client-facing role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling objections and overcoming challenges. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or willingness to learn quickly). Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve measurable results. Coachable, adaptable, and open to feedback in a high-performance environment. A high school diploma or equivalent; further education or training in marketing, sales, or communications is a plus.
